Board payable on 15th of each month. Late fee of $50 assessed after the 20th of each month.
Deworming done at nomimal charge or owner may do. Deworming as per farm schedule mandatory.
Rabies vaccine mandatory, as well as other vaccines as recommended by our vets.
Negative Coggins required to enter farm. Health certificate may also be required.
Owner responsible for veterinary care, routine and emergency, and follow up care. Assistance with follow up care available for a fee.
Regular hoof maintenance required. Owners may bring their own farrier and vet.
You may bring your own grain/supplements or purchase ours at cost. Grain and supplements must be provided to Heart and Soul in baggies or containers and be clearly marked. Paddock horses grained only in the AM for a fee of $50 per month.
No dogs allowed on property without permission from management.
Training/lessons available.
Trailer parking at no charge, space permitting.
